Whether you need new sewer pipes installed and connected to the main sewer drain line or the installation of a new main line to the street, call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.
A main water line comes into a home and connects to branch lines which travel throughout the home to wherever water is needed. The main line is constructed of ¾” copper pipe and usually passes through the water heater where it splits to create hot and cold branch lines typically ½” copper pipes. Unlike sewer and drain line plumbing, water lines do not require sloping or venting but because they are under pressure, they require expert watertight connections.
